I like the hints here; he sounds like he’s carrying forward a plan made when he was closer to … sanity? Being a hero? Being a villain, but a more justified one? something more sympathetic than he is now, anyway … and I think that that kind of thing is cool. People carrying forward plans they no longer have the capacity to fully understand are interesting, anyway! even if it winds up not being one of the specific things I just suggested.

I also want to say, I love what you’ve done to make it so that the most recent episode is on top, but only for the current Illumination. Very convenient, best of both worlds sort of thing.

I find myself wondering exactly how much AJax explained to the soldiers on the way over, if anything. In particular, you say they can’t see the Awakened, but are they aware that there is such a thing as Awakened? If not, it must look like the Nighlights are swinging wildly at nothing most of the time.

Ooops. Not on purpose! I have those only set to go on certain categories of post and I forgot to set the post properly, which means it didn’t even propagate to some of the remote streams. Thanks for the heads up!
