You know, I’d say that Naomi Kritzer’s Dead Rivers Trilogy is my favorite story about djinn.

The story that most immediately comes to mind that has one of those is The Adventures in Kavalier and Clay though I doubt that is the type of story about a golem that you were seeking. The golem isn’t itself a character.

C.E. Murphy’s series (Heart of Stone, etc) does have djinni and where her gargolyes aren’t exactly golems, they are akin. I recommend it!

Did indiegogo change something recently about the way they do pledges? If they still suggest contacting the project owner personally, my opinion stands.

Indiegogo also lets you export the email addresses of your backers. A MAJOR bonus.

Of course you can run Stretch goal add on’s with indiegogo. has nothing to do with the system.
Also, Indiegogo is pretty easy to add an additional pledge which is very cool for doubling up on an item or pledging for a special add on.

In fact, this makes Indiegogo way BETTER for stretchgoals.
